Pastor Lydia Paterson

lydiaOriginally from Scotland, I’m working hard on developing my good Texas drawl.  Fortunately I have excellent mentors to help me learn how to talk “right!”  I moved to the U.S. about 20 years ago and have lived in several states, including Mississippi (high school and college), New Mexico, Arizona, and Nebraska and trained for the ministry in Ohio.  I began serving at Salem Lutheran Church on January 1, 2007.  Come to Salem to hear my accent!  No… come to Salem to join our community in worshiping God, listening to God’s voice, and receiving God’s loving touch.  Come and be renewed and filled and convicted.  Come to discover the freedom Christ offers you.  There is much loneliness out there.  Join us as we seek an ever deepening relationship with the One who loves us and will never let us down, Jesus Christ our Lord.
